Pinto Alegre that’s how. Happy Penis - that’s what they’re calling an experimental program in Novo Santo Antonio. The city’s mayor, Joao de Souza Luz, is handing out free Viagra to his elderly residents in this small Brazilian town.
But it seems some of these men wanted to share the love with more than just their wives. So how is Souza Luz combating illicit affairs among his elderly? Viagra is being handed out to the wives and they get to distribute it when they’re in the mood.
The whole thing sounds like the plot to a naughty sequel of On Golden Pond doesn’t it?
