You hear it all the time; “I need a sugar daddy.” “I wish I could find me a sugar daddy.”
Whether or not most who say it would actively seek out such an arrangement is another story, but they put it out there and now the universe—or at least the world wide web— has given back.
You no longer have to be Anna Nicole Smith or wonder where these men are or if they truly exist thanks to SugarDaddie.Com, SeekingArrangement.Com and DateAMillionaire.Com… you get the picture. Not only are these financial papas at your fingertips, but you can even see what a real live sugar daddy looks like by way of profiles with pics!
These sites really don’t differ greatly from other online dating sites except that they seem to cut out a lot of the game playing right up front by making it very clear what everyone is there for before you even log on. There is no denying what you seek when you log on to a site called SugarDaddyForMe.
As a woman perusing the hundreds of potential financial backers, your Richard Gere/Pretty Woman fantasy quickly goes down the crapper. Seriously, if there was a loaded Richard Gere-a-like looking for casual sex or “companionship”, like you wouldn’t just f*ck him for free!?
While not my cup of tea, I must give kudos to those who aren’t afraid to go after the type of relationship/transaction/affair that they crave and to those smart enough to have come up with these sites to begin with.
