Thai Police On Mission To Stop Teen-Lovin’ On Valentine’s Day

In a country estimated to have almost 3 million sex workers—many of which are children; the Thailand morality police are going to be out in full swing today trying to save the virtue of youth.
You’d think that that they’d be focusing on the country’s sex slave problem, but instead, Bangkok police will be enforcing a Valentine’s Day 10pm curfew in order to stop teens from commemorating this day with sex or even just kissing!
This curfew was brought on after a survey last week by Assumption University revealed that one third of Thai girls believe that Valentine’s Day is the ideal day to lose their virginity.
Police have also been asked to be on the lookout for public displays of affection in teen hang-outs like the mall, movie theatres, etc, because: “Hugging and kissing in public places are indecent,” according to Police Colonel Chokechai Deeprasertvith.
So, let’s just get this straight here; PDA’s among dating teens are indecent, but allowing the prostitution of underage girls to be the driving force behind your tourism and economy is okay? Or is this just the case on Valentine’s Day?
